Video Editing / Post Facilites for Hire
We work on an 8 hour day. Subsequent hours are charged at standard 1.5 rate. Unsocial hours (before 7 am or after midnight) charged at 2X normal rate.
Offline Editing
All our systems come with the option of DAT, Mini DISC, and DVD player/recorders. We have a full range of format VTR decks to handle all modern production formats.
Avid Xpress pro with DNA accelerator
Available Dry Hire or with editor.
Mac or PC based based online/offline avid editing system, multi-camera function, auto colour correction, programmes can be offlined for finishing and conforming on an Avid symphony system.
System includes upto a terrebyte of fast media storage, graphics, audio and effects software, DVD writers, broadcast Monitors and 2x 21” computer monitors. A range of Digital and Analog VTR’s can be added to this system. I/O : DV, component: 15:1 compression offline to uncompressed on same system
£200 dry hire per day or £350 with experienced editor(per day)
Online Editing
Canopus pro Realtime powerful DV editing system
Available Dry Hire or with editor.
1 Terrabyte fast hard drive media storage, broadcast monitor, 2x 21” computer monitors, DVD writer, full suite of audio, graphics and effects software. Real time playback and effects, hardware based real time MPEG2 encoder. Component out.
£200 dry hire per day or £350 with experienced editor(per day)

Mac or PC based online uncompressed avid editing system, multi-camera, colour-correction. Can take in native DV, Beta SP or Digi beta ( Via YUV component) at uncompressed rates, laying off uncompressed via YUV component.

Edit System includes 1 Terrabyte of fast media storage, graphics, audio and effects software, dvd writer, DVD recorder deck, broadcast Monitors and 2x 21” computer monitors. Final Cut pro uncompressed HD/SD real time edit system with SDI
Available Dry Hire or with editor.
Mac based online uncompressed High definition or standard definition editing system, with 10 bit (SD) SDI I/O. Digi beta, beta SP , DV and HD at uncompressed rates, laying off uncompressed via YUV component, HD or SDI or 1394.

A range of Digital and Analog VTR’s can be added to this system. Balanced audio AES/EBU I/O, DV, component: SDI and HD.
£375 dry hire or £600 with editor (per day)
